Job summary

First Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Loan Operations Supervisor to lead the processing, closing, and servicing of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. The role includes supervising a team of 6–10 staff and acting as back-up to the Loan Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in loan servicing, MortgageBot and LaserPro experience, and outstanding organizational and communication skills to ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of progressively more complex loan servicing/processing experience.
• Experience with MortgageBot and LaserPro preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to use Outlook and core lending systems; strong reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing, closing and servicing of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans.
• Supervise 6–10 employees and act as back-up to the Loan Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Credit policies, regulatory requirements and secondary market standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts; manage confidential information.
