Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist at our Lending Center to support daily loan operations, document handling, and customer service with accuracy and professionalism.

You will process transactions on the Encore platform, assist with the floorplan program, manage mail and filings, and help with opening and routing mail, working Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking/financial services experience is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, especially Accu and Encore platforms, is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan documentation and customer service with accuracy.
• Process transactions and manage account information using Encore.
• Assist with floorplan program oversight and compliance.
• Process loan advances and update customer records.
• Sort, open, and distribute mail; support daily office tasks.
