Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of loan processing experience.
• Verify loans for required financial documentation, correct interest rate and fees, and approvals.
• Book loans into the core system and verify accuracy of other booked loans.
• Process loan payments, and track insurance or collateral related items.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming direct loans for required documentation and disbursement amounts.
• Prepare and generate loan documents and ensure accuracy outside the platform where needed.
• Maintain notes and files in the document management system.
