Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of banking operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for the assigned team.
• Assigns daily functions of Loan Representatives and facilitates daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Provides support to co-workers on questions and processing issues.
• Supports management with loan operations tasks.
• Assists branch managers and commercial lending teams to analyze, evaluate, document and close loan requests.
• Discusses loan inquiries, documentation and processing issues, providing direction and solutions.
• Provides service to customers on loan products and services.
• Helps customers with inquiries or service problems.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records of production volumes.
• Provides reports to management monthly or as requested.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
