OMB Bank is seeking a dedicated Loan Assistant to support loan processing across commercial and agricultural lending. You will collaborate with lenders, prepare loan documentation from application to closing, and assist borrowers through renewals, draws and payments.

Based in Buffalo, MO, this full-time role provides base pay with incentive based on loan production and performance, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of loan and/or loan processing experience.
• 3–5 years of banking experience preferred.

• Assist lenders and support loan processes from application to closing.
• Provide ongoing borrower support including renewals, draws and payments for commercial and agricultural loans.
• Coordinate with banking support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
