Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Loan Servicing/Operations Administrator to support loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, and preparing specialized billings on direct and agented loans while reviewing system reports to ensure proper monitoring.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of financial services experience related to loan servicing operations; familiarity with loan products is a plus; strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of financial services experience related to loan servicing operations.
• Loan agency servicing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred.
• Knowledge of loan products, including credit agreements, guarantees, and letters of credit, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, and commitment reductions.
• Preparation and review of loan documents and forms related to servicing activities.
• Prepare interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments.
• Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
• Prepare GL entries as required.
• Review system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
