Qualifications

• Loan operations expertise across consumer, commercial or real estate portfolios.
• Solid grasp of loan parameters, billing structures, interest accruals, core setup configurations and payment posting mechanics.
• Hands-on experience managing escrow accounts, impound disbursements, and escrow analysis/reconciliations.
• Experience assisting with test script execution, UAT, data validation and post-conversion checks.

This role supports critical core banking conversions, system implementations, and operational cutovers. The specialist will focus on loan system configuration, payment posting validation, escrow administration, and data reconciliation during mock conversions, active testing cycles, and live go-live events.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Loan Operations Expertise: Proven experience in back-office loan operations across consumer, commercial, or real estate portfolios.
• System & Parameter Configuration: Solid grasp of loan parameters, billing structures, interest accruals, core setup configurations, and payment posting mechanics.
• Escrow Administration: Hands-on experience managing escrow accounts, impound disbursements, and escrow analysis/reconciliations.
• Testing & Implementation: Demonstrated capability to assist with test script execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and post-conversion operational checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform Experience: Direct, hands-on experience utilizing the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking system.
• Conversion Background: Previous involvement in core banking migrations, platform cutovers, or bank mergers and acquisitions.

Working Conditions & Expectations

Travel Requirements

• Frequency: Approximately 50%-60% travel, varying with project phases and implementation schedules.
• Cadence: Typically 1-2 trips per month, with an average trip duration of 6-9 consecutive days.
• Expense Coverage: 100% company-paid business travel expenses, including airfare, hotel lodging, meals, and ground transportation.

Schedule & Availability

• Standard Phases: Standard business hours (Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time) during non-travel, steady-state periods.
• Cutover & Implementation Surges: Extended and non-traditional working hours—including evenings, weekends, and late-night/overnight shifts (past midnight-).
