Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to commercial lending officers, facilitating the loan process from application to closing and servicing.
• Process loan through the Sageworks platform
• Obtain/review collateral documents including real estate, business assets, vehicle, and cash collateral
• Maintain property taxes and escrow, if applicable
• Coordinate loan closings and documentation with Lender and Loan Processing
• Coordinate with Credit Administration on financial statement spreads and analyses
• Assist loan customers with depository services and Internet Banking
• Generate reports such as Past Due Loans and Loans by Officer
• Contact customers for routine requests such as financial statements and loan payments
