BankCherokee is seeking a Loan Operations Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead onboarding, closing, servicing, and support throughout the loan lifecycle. You will coach a high-performing team, manage documentation and collateral activities, and ensure regulatory compliance with strong controls.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and partnering with lenders to deliver accurate, scalable loan operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of banking experience with progressive responsibility in loan operations or related functions.
• Three or more years of lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience managing loan operations processes, onboarding, servicing, collateral administration, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan onboarding, closing, servicing, and support activities for an efficient experience.
• Coach and develop a knowledgeable Loan Operations team.
• Oversee loan documentation, booking, collateral administration, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, internal controls, audit, and risk management.
• Improve processes, workflows, systems, and technology to boost efficiency.
