• Develops and implements strategic plans and policies for loan operations.
• 2)Analyzes industry trends and regulatory changes to improve processing efficiency.
• 3)Collaborates with senior management to define KPIs for loan operations.
• 4)Implements workflows for loan processing, documentation, and funding.
• 5)Monitors team performance and proposes corrective actions.
• 6)Coordinates with sales, underwriting, and risk to facilitate processing.
• 7)Oversees daily loan processing operations for compliance and efficiency.
• 8)Performs additional duties as assigned.
