Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) through Community Bank, N.A. seeks a Loan Operations Consumer Document Review Representative I to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance and proper onboarding of loan and collateral files.

You will enter data from LOS into Jack Henry & Associates' Xperience and resolve documentation exceptions. You will review disclosures, signatures, and loan-type documentation, support collateral perfection, and assist in onboarding and collateral management while

Qualifications

• Education, Training and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates Degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to create and manipulate data.
• One year banking experience and knowledge of lending documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations or missing documentation.
• Enter and update data for renewals and modifications in the core system.
• Process cross-applications to move funds/fees to the general ledger during onboarding.
• Review and verify disclosures, signatures and documentation for loan types.
• Ensure collateral perfection and manage electronic filings.
• Support onboarding and collateral management through collaboration with internal teams.
