Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of specialized education or equivalent.
• Typing and PC proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan documentation software.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• At least 1 year of office experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process commercial loan documents, including commitment letters, new loan requests, renewals, and modifications.
• Prepare commitment letters and closing documents for real estate and non-real estate loans according to policy.
• Establish pre-closing checklists for tracking approval conditions.
• Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, policies, and training requirements; perform related duties as assigned.
