Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer transactions for accuracy and error-free entries.
• Correct transaction errors, misapplied payments, amend loan details, and resolve loan exceptions promptly.
• Track and update loan documents.
• Scan and verify documents for accuracy.
• Protect customer information and confidentiality.
• Operate computer software/equipment, telephone, scanner, and copier; use internal banking systems.
• Maintain punctual on-site attendance and extend hours when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
