Responsibilities

• Monitor system reports, verify supporting docs, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance with regulations (BSA, Reg D, DD, Q).
• Protect all customer information and bank operations through confidentiality.
• Operate software/equipment and develop proficiency with internal banking systems.
• Maintain reliable transportation and on-site work with extended hours as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY

In this role, you will ensure accurate processing, maintenance, and verification of accounts and related documentation. You will maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional internal support to branches and customer service teams. This position requires on-site work.

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required.

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week 40 (+)| Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure new accounts are accurately established in alignment with customer expectations and internal guidelines; promptly elevate issues with potential customers or regulatory impact.
• Prepare and process signature cards for new and revised accounts, including checking, savings, Safe Deposit Box, CDs, and IRAs.
• Monitor system reports, verify supporting documentation, correct discrepancies, and maintain compliance with regulations such as BSA, Regulation D, Regulation DD, and Regulation Q.
• Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality.
• Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, and copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems.
• Maintain reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with extended hours when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Possess sufficient mobility to work in a standard office setting. Perform repetitive hand, arm, wrist, and finger movements while handling currency, documents, and/or office equipment. Substantial time may be spent on the telephone, operating computers, reaching, sitting, and/or standing while occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must have the ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications. Have near/far visual acuity to identify customers, currency, and reading materials in printed or electronic formats. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.

MENTAL DEMANDS
The duties of this position require the ability to maintain attention to detail and complete work projects accurately in a short amount of time, despite interruptions.
