Third Federal is seeking a Loan Officer for our Medina Branch to handle equity line, loan and mortgage applications in a full-time, on-site role. The position emphasizes building meaningful customer relationships without high-pressure quotas, aligned with the company’s values and training program.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans.
• Professional grammar and demeanor.
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills.
• Retail bank teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications.
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing.
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, CD, IRAs).
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone.
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch.
