Job summary

Third Federal is seeking an experienced loan officer for our Cincinnati Mortgage Loan Office. This full-time, onsite role focuses on building relationships and processing equity, loan, and mortgage applications without high-pressure quotas.

You will manage a loan pipeline and assist customers with banking tasks and referrals, in a collaborative branch environment. We offer comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and benefits including 401k, mortgage discounts, and education

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Professional grammar and demeanor.
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills.
• Retail bank teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications.
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing.
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs).
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone.
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch.
