Job summary

Third Federal is seeking experienced Branch Managers to join our Northeast Ohio network. You will lead branch staff, drive exceptional customer service, and uphold our values of care, trust, respect, and excellence.

Training occurs across multiple branches with a focus on growth, work/life balance, and community involvement. A strong track record in retail leadership and banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team (banking preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and managing performance of branch staff
• Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
• Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceed established standards
• Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal’s values
• Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth
• Responsible for communicating and implementing changes to policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Role Summary

We are looking for both experienced and aspiring Branch Managers to join our team at Third Federal. Location

We have 21 branches across Northeast Ohio, which are divided into four regions – West, Central, East, and South. During training, you will cycle through several branches, all within a reasonable distance/commute from your location. Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth, commute, and business need in mind.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team (banking preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates
• Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
• Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications preferred
• Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance) preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
