Lower is a mission-driven fintech hiring a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant in Phoenix, AZ to support borrowers in home buying or refinancing. You will work with a licensed Loan Officer on a hybrid schedule at our Phoenix office.

We seek at least 2 years in the mortgage industry, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong communication. You will prepare documents, order appraisals, assist through closing, and help processors with the next steps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the mortgage industry (Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-end support for Loan Officer; discuss goals with clients and coordinate next steps.
