Qualifications

• Experience supporting Loan Officers or working in a loan processing or assistant capacity in the Mortgage Industry.
• Knowledge of basic mortgage products and processes, with familiarity in areas related to Underwriting and loan documentation.
• Strong Customer Service focus, with the ability to build rapport and respond to borrower needs in a professional, timely manner.
• Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and loan origination or CRM systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
