Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Loan Officers with daily administrative tasks including calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize loan application files with complete and accurate documents.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on loan status.
• Track loan progress to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing information or issues.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Loan Officers with daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and organize loan application files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on loan status.
• Track and manage loan progress, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing information or potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the mortgage industry or financial services is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mortgage industry software.
