Job summary

Priority 1 Lending in Livonia, MI is seeking a proactive Loan Officer Assistant to join our sales-driven team. This role supports Loan Officers with leads, client communication, and follow-up, with hands-on training to progress toward a licensed Loan Officer.

You will engage borrowers by phone, text, and email, learn the mortgage process, and work toward licensure with mentorship and licensing support. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone sales experience preferred.
• Mortgage experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Competitive, motivated and coachable.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Ability to learn new technology and multitask.
• Willingness to complete the required SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator course.

Responsibilities
