Priority 1 Lending is seeking a Loan Partner to support loan officers and deliver an exceptional client experience. This in-person role offers a path toward becoming a Licensed Loan Officer, with training and mentorship to help you grow within mortgage lending.

Qualifications

• Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• LOS experience preferred.
• NMLS license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers throughout the loan process.
• Communicate directly with borrowers regarding documentation and loan updates.
• Review and organize income, asset, and credit documents.
• Prepare loan applications and maintain file accuracy.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers.
• Help ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan journey.
