Job summary

Priority 1 Lending is seeking a motivated Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with phone sales or mortgage experience to build a career in mortgage lending and grow into a licensed Loan Officer.

You will assist loan officers with leads, client communication, and follow-up, speaking with potential borrowers by phone, text, and email, and transferring qualified clients to licensed loan officers. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone sales experience preferred.
• Mortgage experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and coachable.
• Willingness to complete the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator course.

Responsibilities
