Inspire Home Loans, an affiliate of Century Communities, Inc., is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to support our homebuilder in Florida. This remote position requires residing in Florida and involves identifying, developing, and maintaining customer financing objectives, advising on product and pricing policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service through thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer financial information to assess loan qualification in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Advise potential borrowers on risks, benefits, and options of various loan products.
• Gather all necessary documentation for loan approval.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved, including customers, sales, processing, underwriting, closing, title companies, and builders.
• Lock rates and manage personal production to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain high professionalism and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of loan types such as Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, and VA.
• Experience with builder loans preferred.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (Encompass preferred) and AUS (LP, DU, GUS).
• Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle workload independently and reliably.
• Willingness to travel interstate as needed.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Active FL Mortgage Loan Officer license required; willingness to obtain other licenses as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of loan origination experience, builder experience preferred.
