Key Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and underwriting assessments to determine borrower eligibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners to drive business growth.
• Provide expert guidance to borrowers throughout the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Stay informed on market trends, lending regulations, and product offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and mortgage lending practices.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
