Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Specialty Finance Underwriting Portfolio Manager 2 in Pittsburgh to manage a designated commercial loan portfolio across Asset Based Lending, Equipment Finance, and Debt Capital Markets.

You will underwrite, monitor, and enhance portfolio quality while supporting Relationship Managers and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a BA/BS and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong communication, analytical, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in underwriting or credit risk.
• Experience with commercial lending, ABL, Equipment Finance or Capital Markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze assigned Commercial portfolio with focus on risk, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Lead complex transactions including syndications and multi-level capital structures.
• Present credit actions in written analyses and to committees as needed.
• Mentor junior Underwriting Portfolio Managers and support Relationship Managers in client management.
• Ensure portfolio reviews meet regulator and internal standards.
