Job summary

First National Bank in Pittsburgh is seeking a Portfolio Servicing Specialist 1 to support the Retail Lending team. You will assist in monitoring the existing retail business banking portfolio, structure loans, answer commercial loan questions, and prepare monthly updates for management.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration with branch staff. You may be cross-trained on more complex deals and will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's risk

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required or equivalent.
Strong project management and communication abilities.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient PC skills and familiarity with standard software applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Experience with industry-specific software such as CRIF, CIS, and Director.

Responsibilities

Follows up with branch personnel on reports such as the Matured Loan Report and Paid Loans Report, making recommendations.
Recommends and aids branch personnel on loan modification requests.
Maintains a log of modification requests on a monthly basis.
May be cross trained to handle more complex deals based on borrower credit criteria.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
