Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company seeks a Loan Modification Coordinator to manage the entire loan modification or payoff lifecycle. The role acts as the operational owner, coordinating across Servicing, Legal, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, and Systems teams to ensure milestones are met in compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five years' experience in a variety of roles.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent; interpret graphs and basic mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end loan modification or payoff process.
• Ensure loan modification milestones and timelines are met per guidelines.
• Review, resolve, and escalate stalled or exception-driven modification files.
• Coordinate with Servicing, Legal, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, and Systems teams.
• Communicate modification terms, approvals, and required documentation clearly.
