Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Insight Global is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Manager to join one of our top Mortgage clients in California. This position is contract-to-hire, onsite 5 days a week, and compensates $32-34/hour depending on years of experience. Upon conversion, candidates in this role can receive a salary of up to $100,000/year.

Job Description:

The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager will:

• Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions
• Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve quality Support, recommend and implement technology initiatives
• Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function
• Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
• Mortgage experience is a plus

Compensation:

32/hr to 34/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
