Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to loan origination and lifecycle management across syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assist in creating processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Aid design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff.
• Partner with originating lines, credit risk, operations and legal teams.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across processes.
• Define operational metrics and risk reviews for stakeholder transparency.
• Continuously improve processes and controls across the loan lifecycle.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Manage deal closing pipeline and coordinate closing of loan transactions.
