Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process.
• Understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services.
• Familiarity with Loan IQ database schema, tables and data model.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation and support loan processing tasks.
• Independently process and close loans in a complex loan operations environment.
• Handle day-to-day loan transactional processing including bookings and payments.
• Interact with counterparties around positions and balances and related issues.
• Support an expansive array of loan products and related controls/services.
• Identify and resolve problems in loan documentation/processing through established procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to management.
• Keenly monitor risks and ensure compliance with policies.
