Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management across syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Develop processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Assist with design and implementation of technology, including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and close loan transactions and lifecycle events; manage data and documentation.
• Maintain data quality and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Define operational metrics and risk/control reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
