Job summary

Citi in Tokyo seeks an Officer, Transaction Services Intermediate Analyst, Operations to support loan origination, lifecycle management, and servicing across syndicated and bilateral loans. You will review credit documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies, and coordinate with risk, operations, and legal teams to maintain data integrity and process controls.

• Register and validate documentation and credit data across internal systems.
• Provide operational instructions to servicing teams based on approved terms.
