Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support the lending lifecycle, including loan closing, servicing coordination, onboarding, data management and quality control. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities and complete tasks with minimal follow-up.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft-based program proficiency.
• Tableau or visualization familiarity.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client relationship and solution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Partner with originating and coverage lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc. to enable goals.
• Ensure data quality, controls and processes meet policies and regulatory requirements via staff management.
• Define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews for end-to-end transparency.
• Continuously improve processes, controls and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.
• Lead projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.
• Coordinate and close loan transactions and lifecycle events, troubleshoot issues and perform quality control.
• Assess risk in business decisions, escalate and report control issues with transparency.
