Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President to lead Loan IQ project delivery and production management from its Costa Rica footprint. The role requires coordinating across Product Management, Technology, Operations and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and stable production operations.

The candidate will drive risk management, planning, testing readiness, and post‑implementation support in a complex, global environment. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of technology project management or related experience.
• Experience managing technology projects in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience with Jira or similar project/defect tracking tools.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of Loan IQ projects, workstreams, and platform initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Technology, Operations, Production Support, and Business teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.
• Support requirements, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Identify risks and blockers and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate defect triage and production issue resolution.
