Job summary

Citi in New Castle, Delaware is seeking a Senior Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Lead Analyst to drive end-to-end technology delivery for Wholesale Lending Tech. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets and Risk to enable reporting and regulatory needs through Loan IQ and in-house tools.

The role requires deep Loan IQ expertise, architecture governance, and strong stakeholder influence, with a focus on AI-driven solutions, scalability, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with Loan IQ analysis and implementations.
• Influencing, presentation, facilitation and partnering skills.
• Proficient in AI tools utilization and agile delivery (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Deliver business requirements with Product Owner Team to define scope and impacts.
• Lead architecture definition and ongoing management for Loan IQ and workflows.
• Establish governance to align with Citi data standards and architecture goals.
• Write SQL queries against Loan IQ to extract and analyze data.
• SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policy and controls.
