Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, loan operations, insurance administration, loan servicing or compliance.
• Experience with commercial and consumer loan documentation preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan collateral and insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations related to insurance and collateral protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and ensure compliance with hazard insurance requirements for the loan portfolio.
• Serve as a control function within Loan Operations to mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, insurance providers, and third-party vendors to ensure proper collateral protection.
