Job summary

The position supports loan operations across commercial, consumer, residential mortgage, and agricultural lending, requiring strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and confidentiality. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Risk Management or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and banking experience may be considered
• Minimum 3–5 years in banking, loan operations, insurance administration, loan servicing, compliance, or related field
• Experience with commercial and consumer loan documentation preferred
• Strong understanding of loan collateral and insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor hazard insurance requirements for the loan portfolio
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and bank policies
• Collaborate with lenders, loan assistants, borrowers, insurance providers and third-party vendors
• Support regulatory compliance across commercial, consumer, residential mortgage, and agricultural lending
