• High school education or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two to three years of member service/loan experience with a financial institution.
• Experience with data entry and office equipment; strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication; able to multitask.
• Initiative and sound judgment to achieve successful loan funding outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate funding and processing for all consumer products.
• Enter, verify, and maintain data in LOS including eligibility, credit reports, income, and collateral.
• Support a monthly consumer funding ratio of at least 60% of applications.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants and assist call center/branches with questions.
• Originate and close all consumer loans; prepare closing documents and disburse.
• Promote and cross-sell third-party products when appropriate.
• Open membership accounts via digital channels and complete documentation.
• Provide on-the-job training as required.
