Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of member service/loan experience with a financial institution.
• Experience with data entry and basic office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with solid organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks in a high accountability environment.
• Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates funding and processing functions for all consumer products.
• Handles data entry, verification, and updating in LOS related to eligibility, credit, employment, income and collateral.
• Maintains a minimum monthly funding ratio of 60% of applications.
• Acts as primary contact for applicants regarding loan status and documentation; assists call center and branches with questions.
• Originates and closes consumer loans; prepares closing documents and clears conditions for disbursement.
• Promotes and sells additional third‑party products as determined by the Credit Union.
• Opens membership accounts via digital channels and completes documentation.
• Provides on‑the‑job training as required.
