Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Detail‑oriented Document Assembler to organize commercial loan files, index documents, and ensure readiness for electronic filing. You will deliver materials to the Post Closing Audit team and support ongoing reporting and compliance efforts.

The role requires a relevant degree or banking experience, strong computer skills, and solid communication. On-site position with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of banking experience.
• Knowledge of commercial lending and leasing procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Strong computer proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including email and voicemail etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to commute to the primary work location and to other sites within driving distance.
• Ability to remain seated for up to 75% of an 8-hour workday.
• Ability to review information and details at close range.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation – organize and prepare commercial loan files for electronic filing.
• Index files – use Info Access modules to index documents accurately.
• Deliver materials – coordinate timely delivery of assembled packages to Post Closing Audit.
• Audit files – review documentation to identify missing records and complete checklists.
• Generate reports – prepare and distribute routine reports for tracking and compliance.
• Support teamwork – collaborate with department colleagues and assist with projects.
