Responsibilities include leading system integration efforts, auditing data integrity, and improving processes across departments while maintaining thorough records for audits and exams.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and loan processing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.
• Familiar with banking principles and loan processes.
• Proficient in standard office software.
• Experience with LaserPro and credit bureau reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME in loan documentation processing and supports system changes.
• Mentor peers and ensure regulatory compliance and process consistency.
• Lead integration between loan documentation system and core system.
• Manage daily team operations and task assignments.
• Maintain records, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Review reports to detect discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead departmental projects and communicate outcomes for adoption.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Configure loan documentation software and coordinate with vendors.
