Responsibilities

• Prescreen and prepare documentation for consumer and commercial loan requests.
• Review and apply holds on loan submissions as needed.
• Perform CIP checks for borrowers and related parties; complete CIP checklist in onBase.
• Prepare packages for e-signatures and upload documents to onBase.
• Respond to lending staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Review loan documents for accuracy before releasing to lenders.
• Complete onBase checklists and renewals; participate in training as assigned.
