Tri City National Bank is seeking a Document Servicer to handle paid, purged, and partial loan releases and ensure collateral is released in compliance with state statutes and bank procedures. You’ll collaborate with loan officers, compliance teams, and auditors to provide essential document support.

The in-office role is based at our West Allis operations center, offering a steady schedule with competitive hourly pay and strong benefits. Opportunity for growth within community-focused banking.

Competenze

• Experience in banking, loan processing or document management.
• Knowledge of OPUS, FIS Insight, Abrigo-Sageworks or Simplifile-DocBuilder is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy with tasks.

Mansioni

• Process paid loan notes and release collateral per laws and procedures.
• Prepare and electronically record satisfactions using Simplifile-DocBuilder.
• Terminate UCC filings and liens through DealerTrack as applicable.
• Organize and retain loan files per policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Classify, alphabetize, and research documents to ensure proper documentation.
• Manage email requests from officers, team and auditors, providing documents and support.
• Assist in writing/updating procedures and participate in annual reviews.
• Support loan servicing process with additional duties as needed.
