Job summary

Tri City National Bank in West Allis, WI is seeking a Loan Servicer to provide quality customer service while handling loan data entry, payments, and maintenance for consumer, mortgage, and commercial portfolios.

Under the Loan Services Manager, you will use the FIS/IBS system to process entries, respond to inquiries, adjust records, and support escrow and payoff activities, with a focus on accuracy and timely deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking customer service or loan servicing.
• Understanding of basic bank transactions and loan products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan data entry for new and renewal loans.
• Handle calls and emails related to loan accounts from internal personnel, third parties, and customers.
• Make adjustments to loan records while complying with bank policies and regulations.
• Assist with escrow analyses and PMI removal.
• Review daily reports to identify posting errors and reconcile loan postings.
• Respond to payoff requests and prepare payoff letters.
• Conduct quality reviews of loans processed by others.
