Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review loan packages for collateral completeness and corporate existence.
• Perform pre-closing reviews in LOS and Synergy for proper approvals and documentation.
• Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure complete, accurate loan files and proper indexing.
• Analyze banker discrepancy reports and maintain document-tracking records for collateral perfection.
