Job summary

River Bank is seeking a dedicated Loan Operations Coordinator to support the Loan Processing team with organizing, scanning, and maintaining loan documents throughout the lifecycle. The role ensures paperwork is accurate, complete, and filed in compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Primary duties involve loan document organization and system entry, with secondary loan processing support as workload allows, including data entry and loan payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Detail-oriented approach is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Computer/technology proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Scan loan files and maintain existing loan files.
• Support Loan Officers and Loan Processors requiring documentation.
• Assist in preparing files for audits.
• Perform quality control on scanned documents.
• Prepare loan documents for various loan closings.
• Enter/organize loans in the core system.
• Track documents and processing steps.
• Process loan payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of loan information.
• Comply with federal and state regulations related to loan documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
