Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Understand Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services.
- General awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation.
- Able to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and upscale risks.
- Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes.
- Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- 0-2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan documentation and support loan tasks.
- Process and close loans in a complex loan operations environment.
- Handle day-to-day loan processing including bookings and payments.
- Interact with counterparties regarding balances and claims.
- Support diverse products and services in risk and control.
- Identify and resolve issues per established procedures.
- Recommend process improvements to management.
- Escalate and manage requests related to loan processing.
- Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
