• Basic knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process.
• Demonstrate understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services.
• General awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation.
• Able to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and elevate risks and issues.
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes.
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation and supporting loan process tasks.
• Process and close loans independently in a complex loan ops environment.
• Perform daily loan processing including cash bookings, payments, reconciliations and GL entries.
• Interact with counterparties on positions and balances.
• Support a broad range of loan products and services.
• Follow procedures to identify and resolve loan documentation issues.
• Recommend process improvements to management.
• Resolve issues by applying technical experience guided by precedents.
• Design and analyze moderately complex loan docs reports for management needs and controls.
• Make evaluative judgments and assist implementing documentation improvements.
• Minimize bank risk by understanding procedures, monitoring errors, and suggesting fixes.
• Timely management and escalation of loan processing requests.
• Interact directly with external customers to explain information.
• Understanding of product/process interdependencies within teams.
• Excellent knowledge of bank systems.
• Strong communication and diplomacy in stakeholder interactions.
