Tri City National Bank in West Allis, WI, is seeking a Document Servicer to handle paid, purged, and partial loan releases, ensuring collateral releases comply with state laws and internal procedures while maintaining accurate loan records. You will collaborate with loan officers, compliance teams and auditors to provide essential document support.

This in-office role requires banking experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift 20–25 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Banking, loan processing, or document management experience.
• Familiarity with OPUS, FIS Insight, Abrigo-Sageworks, or Simplifile-DocBuilder is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service, handling sensitive information.
• Ability to lift 20–25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Process paid loan notes and release collateral per state laws and internal procedures.
• Prepare and electronically record satisfactions using Simplifile-DocBuilder.
• Terminate UCC filings with relevant agencies. Terminate our lien for vehicles through DealerTrack.
• Organize and retain loan files in accordance with policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records.
• Classify, alphabetize, and research documents as needed to ensure proper documentation.
• Manage email requests from officers, team members, and auditors, providing loan documents and support.
• Assist in writing and updating procedures and participate in annual reviews.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the loan servicing process.
• Experience in banking, loan processing, or document management.
• Knowledge of OPUS, FIS Insight, Abrigo-Sageworks, or Simplifile-DocBuilder is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive information.
